Things to check before you call a cable tech.

1.  Check to make sure the cable modem / equipment are plugged in.

2.  Check lights to see if they are on.  If flashing, there is a problem.  The first four lights

3.  Turn everything off.

4.  You might need to power cycle the modem.  Pull the power cord out of the back of the

modem for ten seconds and then plug it back in.   If online light is on, it isn't an internet

problem.  It is a computer problem.

Note:  There will be a minimum of $30.00 service charge if a technician comes out and the problem is not in the cable or the internet.
